Welcome to Charters Towers newest CrossFit Affiliate
We are proud to be the only licensed CrossFit Affiliate in Charters Towers.
CrossFit is defined as "Constantly Varied Functional Movements performed at High Intensity"
CrossFit 480 is a new CrossFit in the Charters Towers region and is not associated with CrossFit Charters Towers which is no longer operating. CF 4820 is owned by Tania Douglas. Tania holds a level 1 CrossFit Trainers Certification as well as CrossFit Gymnastic and Pendlay Level 1 & 2 Cerifications
Many well known CrossFit Affiliates began in back yard gyms, shed and even parks. One of the largest CrossFit Affiliates, CrossFit New York City started in Central Park and is now the largest CrossFit facility in the world holding over 300 classes per week.
Everyone knows that good things come in small packages and that's what we want to deliver to our clients. Small individualised sessions that focus on you so you get the best out of your training. Our backyard shed approach is welcoming, non judgemental and non biased. Everyone is an athlete at CF 4820.
